These are the terms under which MeetingBell is offered to you. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to them. They're written in plain English so you can actually read them.
MeetingBell offers a 7-day free trial with full features and no credit card required. When the trial ends, the app will prompt you to enter a license key to continue using it. You can delete the app at any time during or after the trial without owing anything.
A personal license costs $14.99 one-time (launch price $9.99 for the first 100 customers). This license lets you:
If MeetingBell doesn't work for you, email support@meetingbell.app within 30 days of purchase with your order number. We'll refund the full amount โ no questions asked. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and typically land back on your card within 5โ10 business days.
Your license key is personal to you. That means:
If you need to move the license to a new computer โ for example, you bought a new laptop โ that's fine, and it's covered by the 2-machine allowance. If you need more than 2 machines, email us.
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who act as the merchant of record. They handle tax, invoicing, and the payment transaction. Your card details are never seen or stored by MeetingBell.
Minor and patch updates to the current major version (for example, from 2.1 to 2.9) are free for all license holders. We reserve the right to charge for a future major version upgrade (for example, 3.0), but existing users will always be offered a fair upgrade path.
MeetingBell is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. It's a small app built carefully, but we can't guarantee it will work in every edge case. We recommend you don't rely on it as your sole mechanism for attending critical meetings โ keep your calendar's notifications on as a second layer.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, MeetingBell's total liability to you for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the app โ $14.99 or less. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed meetings, lost deals, or awkward Slack messages.
If you materially violate these terms (for example, by pirating or redistributing the app), we may revoke your license without a refund. In practice, we'll contact you first โ we'd much rather resolve it than revoke it.
If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we'll post the change here and notify license holders by email. Continued use of the app after that means you accept the updated terms.
Questions, requests, refund claims โ all to support@meetingbell.app. We read every email.
